This garden although small, shows the diversity of what you can grow in a small area. It focuses on growing in pots and alternative containers as a renter.  A small food forest area has been planted and is in its infancy.  Chooks also add another dimension to the garden - a good example of how size doesn’t matter when it comes to grow your own!

Please note: Toilets are available in the nearby Mooroolbark Town area. There is no parking available in Haven Court or Green Street. Parking is available opposite Mooroolbark East Primary School, Taylors Road or we suggest carpooling.

We are opening Buttenshaw Farm and The Aussie Veggie Patch on the same day in the area. Visit all three productive gardens for $20!

The Haven is located on the lands of the Wurundjeri people. Open Gardens Victoria wish to acknowledge the Traditional custodians of this land and we pay respect to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
