Day's Walk Farm is a certified organic farm located in suburban Keilor on the banks of the Maribyrnong River. Farmer Paul founded the farm and has successfully turned it into a thriving enterprise growing a range of organic vegetables for farmers’ markets, restaurants and independent retailers. Paul is passionate about supporting other young people into pathways to running their own suburban farms.
Workshop Description
As a certified organic farmer growing a variety of crops, Paul is an expert on great soil. In this workshop, he'll share his tips for building soil that grows healthy, nutritious plants with a focus on using cropping techniques to do the work for you.
