New Fire Danger Policy

As we head into summer, we are conscious that some of our garden openings are in regional areas that may be impacted by weather extremes. We will be following the advice of the CFA in accordance with their four-level fire danger rating system, to determine whether a planned garden opening needs to be cancelled or postponed.

If a level 4 (Catastrophic) or level 3 (Extreme) rating has been declared for the area that the garden opening is in, the opening will be cancelled or postponed, for the safety of the local community and visitors to the area.

Please follow our social media pages, and look out for the images below, so that you can stay up to date with any changes to openings. If you book your tickets via TryBooking and the garden opening is cancelled or postponed, you will receive notification via email.

We trust you understand our primary aim to keep people safe in such circumstances and put the needs of local communities at the forefront if there are fire dangers.
