This half-acre garden is filled with wonderful foliage and structure. Tall trees form the backbone - a line of Waterhousia screen the front fence - while large old camellias mix with many younger ones that are planted throughout the garden. There are ornamental pears, Italian Cypress and a huge 100 year old Oak which spreads shade over the rear garden. A Hornbeam walk leads from the front garden to the larger rear area. Cliveas, lyriope and bulbs beneath the trees provide seasonal colour, as do two favourite forest pansies growing beside the raised deck which edges the attractive house.

A small area of citrus, raised vegetable beds and a large central lawn complete the picture.

Visitors are encouraged to linger in the garden while enjoying champagne cocktails, espresso coffee, cake and gourmet sausages, all accompanied by live music.

Garden notes are written by the garden owners to describe their garden.
